Does anyone know where to buy a brand new, unused, Not preowned iPhone 13 pro max, with 128gb? I have only seen them refurbished or preowned. The color doesn't mater to me

IF you could somehow find one sitting on the shelf at a carrier or other authorized retailer, I’d strongly advise you NOT to purchase it as the battery is most likely toast from sitting several years without a charge.

What country? What’s referred to as new old stock may be available in some markets, but always buyer beware. Why? Counterfeit products, refurbished products being sold as new, and probably ½ dozen more scams being perpetrated on unsuspecting buyers. Good luck.
Personally I’d buy an Apple refurb off Apple.com if available in your market.
You will do much better if you purchase a refurbished iPhone 13 from an authorized Apple reseller, since you know that the phone will come with a new battery and you get the same warranty as a new phone.
I've purchased two refurbished phones in the past, and each one looked brand new.
