New AirPods Pro 2 have strange statement as a name out of the box

So after I opened my brand new AirPods Pro two that I purchased from Amazon that I just received today, I paired them to my phone and stuck them on the charger. Then, when I went to open them, it came up and instead of saying Lance‘s AirPods #2, it said: “Bad it’s got to where it seems like’s AirPods Pro”! They were sealed in the Apple box. I had to pull the two seals from the two edges just like normal. Nothing looked sketchy at all, so my question is how is this even possible unless somebody at the factory screwed around because I even checked to see if maybe my name on my phone or iCloud info got messed up but nope. It said what it’s programmed to say so I don’t understand.
