When iPhone is placed on its side, the analog clock face says CUP and the time is 2 hours off. How do I fix this so the time displayed on the clock matches my time zone (Central), not Cupertino/Pacific?

Fixing the Time:
Go through your Carrier. They provide you with the Service of configuring your SIM or eSIM card. That typically has the configurations for this. Request that they replace this card.
