Request a refund for an app overcharge
I was charged for 4 months for an app I don't remember I downloaded, certainly I didn't use. I have no records for registration in my email. Moreover, one month I was charged once, another month I was charged 3 times! and I haven't even used it.
I was trying to ask for a refund by clicking "Report a problem" but it wasn't possible. I was trying to look for a Live Chat, but couldn't find it (probably it's not working in my region).
Do you know if there a way to talk to someone to help me with that issue? Or should I just give up?
I would appreciate any help with this matter.
