Apple Lente - Is there a detailed description of its working possibilities ?

I have started to discover the App Lente on my iPad iOS 18.1.1 italian version, in order to help a friend heavy visually impaired. I do not know if the App name changes to Lens or any other name according to the language. It looks a great app not only to enlarge the text but to have it read.

I have not found a detailed description about how to use the app. It could be very useful for the impaired users once they have started to understand the basics they can "read" this instructions to improve their experience.
