MMS messaging doesn't work since iOS 18 update on my iPad Aire

Since iOS update I am unable to send any photos, GIFs and Stickers. This (in the R margin) is what I get back after 3 minute wait time. Please advise. I am using an iPad aire.

iPad Air, iPadOS 18

  1. Make sure MMS is enabled in your settings>apps>messages>MMS
  2. Restart phone
  3. Check the Carrier settings for possible update
  4. Reset Network Settings
  5. Check for restrictions Settings>screentime>content & privacy restrictions>allowed apps and make sure messages are enabled
  6. Contact your carrier
  7. Check System status for any service outages
  8. Delete app and reinstall
  9. Turn off iMessages and sign out of your account restart iPhone then sign back in and re-enable mms and iMessages and send as sms
  10. Call Apple Support
