Unknown app was using my microphone

When i opened my camera and closed it the camera green circle was not removing then when i opened it again and closed it instantly gone but when i opened the control panel and looked what apps was using my microphone and i saw an unknown app was using my microphone

I don't know what to do to check my iPhone. I checked the VPN and device management but no app was there.

I don’t know what to do please help me.

Several community members have reported that resetting network settings resolves some causes for the issue.

>>Reset your network settings

If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Control access to hardware features on iPhone - Apple Support (CA)

Instagram or Whatsapp was bypassing Apples Security recently. I believe they have stopped now.
