Recently I bought 16pro. Trying to shift from Android to iPhone since last one month.

Move to iOS stuck at 1 minute remaining

I'm trying to use the "Move to iOS" application to move from Android to iPhone. But every time it getts stuck at 1 minute remaining. I've tried many times and I've tried waiting for more than 24h.

I've read all what I possibly can on the subject. I've restarted both phones multiple times. I've made sure both of them are updated to the latest OS, etc. Both phones are plugged in and 100% battery. Phones a few inches apart. There's no SIM in the iPhone and on the Android phone I've disabled mobile data.

Still struck at same level.

Please help

  1. Restart Both Devices:
    1. Power off both your iPhone and Android phone completely.
    2. Wait for a few minutes, then power them back on.
  2. Check Wi-Fi Connection:
    1. Ensure both devices are connected to the same stable Wi-Fi network.
    2. Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network if possible.
    3. Temporarily disable Wi-Fi on both devices and try using mobile data (if available).
  3. Disable Bluetooth: Turn off Bluetooth on both devices.
  4. Reduce Data Transfer:
    1. If you have much data to transfer, consider transferring only essential data like contacts, messages, and photos.
    2. You can also transfer data manually using iCloud or other cloud storage services.
  5. Update iOS and Android: Ensure both devices are running the latest versions of their respective operating systems.
  6. Reset Network Settings (Android): Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
  7. Factory Reset iPhone (Last Resort): If all else fails, you may need to factory reset your iPhone and restore it from an iCloud backup. This will erase all data on your iPhone, so be sure to back up important data before proceeding.
