Track Pad and Screen not working

I had my Macbook air M1 since 2020. It’s in perfect condition, never dropped or fell out. Didn’t spill liquid on, and suddenly the trackpad stopped working. I thought it might have been the memory, so I downloaded the app CleanMyMac and went through the process. Afterwards, the computer has been in a freeze mode not been able to do anything with it and jump from one screen to another without any sense. Zoom in and out and it’s just out of control. Any thoughts?

Try and delete clean my Mac, Clean my Mac is not good software, I really think about that as malware like software to be honest

Try and boot the Mac in the safe mode in order to delete clean my Mac. Because of the issues with the trackpad and keyboard you'll need external mouse and keyboard for this.

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.
  2. Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.
  3. Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.
  4. Select a volume.
  5. Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.
  6. The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.
