Face animation not working on Apple Watch Series 10

Hello! I just upgraded my Apple Watch Series 4 to a new Series 10 and restored it from my previous watch, including my existing Watch Faces. None of my animated / live watch faces are working on the Series 10. They just show up as static images.

I've completed the following troubleshooting steps and nothing has worked:

• Installing the latest software update
• Restarting my iPhone and Apple Watch
• Turning the "Always On" in "Display & Brightness" off on both my Apple Watch and iPhone Apple Watch app
• Turning the "Reduce Motion" in "Accessibility" off on both my Apple Watch and iPhone Apple Watch app
• Installing / downloading animated faces from different apps to make sure it's not isolated to faces coming from one source

I can't imagine the latest version of the Apple Watch which should have enhanced technology wouldn't support this existing feature.

Has anyone experienced the same issue and / or does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix the issue?
