After updating to the latest version, I can't connect Apple CarPlay to the car. After deleting the car name and trying to reconnect, the iPhone doesn't find the car at all. From the phone after the connection is correct and works smoothly.

Are you using wired or wireless CarPlay? If wired, you may need to reset the vehicle's list of devices to use CarPlay.
