I recently updated my phone. Ever since the update, all of my screen shots are black. I have restarted my phone several times and this has not helped. No matter what I screen shot, it is black.

What was the solution? I cannot screenshot emails - they come in black. Other apps seem to work properly.
Apple support said it’s my work who perhaps made the changes from doing the screen shot. I work for a bank so maybe they put the block on. Seems odd but I guess it’s possible.

I found out it is the sand for me. My company has blocked the ability to take screenshots from email applications for security reasons. I imagine the capability came out with the latest iOS update.
I did not think of this. I just tried and it worked for me. Very helpful for my needs. Thank you!
