Why Siri can't call any contacts after iOS 18 update?

never had any issue with calling people using Siri, but as of installing IOS18, Siri does not call 'Freddy' anylonger, instead it looks for a 'place' called 'Freddy'...

tried to get it working again using Apple chat support AND Apple phone support but the only solution is to reset my iphone which i do not want to do...

so if anyone out there is knowing the anwers to this please let me know...
