I have a normal iPhone 16
When the lock wants to be opened and Face ID works, coming up of the applications sometimes lags and is not smooth. One of my friends also has the same problem. What do you think is the reason?

I had the same problem up until, funnily enough, today.
Check if this happens when you have low power mode turned on, that’s when it happened with mine. I hope this solves your problem and hopefully apple fixes this soon :))

the low power mode is of but still sometime i have lag with opening and when i change wallpapers the lag is decrease or increase depends to wallpaper
