Getting scars on wearing Apple Watch Series 9

I have been using it for two months and it's an Apple watch series 9. I am not wearing the watch too tight. If I remove the watch I see the scars on my hand.

Apple Watch Ultra tearing my thin skin It seems as I’ve “matured”, my skin has greatly thinned. I arrived home from my walk tonight to find that a small hole tore in my skin at the area where my Apple Watch Ultra contacts my wrist on the multi-function button side. It caused a bleed that went further under my skin causing a substantial bruise, but also bled under the watch and into the Digital Crown. I was able to wash the blood off the watch, but now thinking about how I can protect my skin from further tearing. Has anyone found a means of softening the edges on the Apple Watch Ultra, or found some sort of skin guard that works under the watch? Thanks in advance for any help you could offer. I use my watch extensively, and would be lost without it!!

No. this is not normal. Stop wearing the watch and consult a medical doctor for further advice
