How do I login to my Apple TV 3 with verification? It will not accept correct password, or password with code. It just keeps saying it's incorrect. (it's not)
Any way to bypass the verification temporarily, or something??

If you have an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation) and two-factor authentication for your Apple Account, then you may be asked to type your password followed by the six-digit verification code directly into the password field. Additionally, there is a time limit, after which the code becomes invalid.
Try this: First enter the characters of your password (do not submit yet), then manually request a new verification code, then append that code to the password (no spaces or other separating characters), and then submit. That should help you get past the time limit.
Please let us know if that still works in 2024.

What, exactly, are you trying to login to? The Apple TV box itself does not require any login. So is it a streaming service like HBO, Netflix, etc? Or is it the Apple TV+ service from Apple. Please explain.
Sorry, it's when you have to login to the store. I'm trying to change items on the main screen, and it asks me to login to iTunes store to turn options on/off to show on screen. Supposedly, as someone said above, you add the code to the password. I've not gotten that to work, or any combination with or without code. Just wondered if anyone knew a way to get it to work since the way they say should work isn't working.
