LOST PHOTOS DUE TO NOT HAVUNG ENOUGH MEMORY

My iPhone 13 128 GB has been full for a while, I had about 100gb of photo and video. I lost 95% of the photos, but maybe the data is still on my phone but it’s stuck in “system data”. The first day it was showung that photos were taking up 128 GB on my iPhone but u had only 15 photos in my gallery.

I plugged in my phone to try the ITunes method on Microsoft, and after that I noticed that now photos are taking 64 GB of my data, but still 15 pics in my gallery. Does it mean that while synchronizing Ituned deleted 64 GB of my photos and videos??? because I don’t understand why the number has changed from 128 to 64. What I can do to restore my pics, I don’t have iCloud saved pictures and no version saved on ITunes.

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Here are a few methods you can try to recover your lost photos:

  1. Check Hidden/Recently Deleted Folders: Open Photos, go to Albums, scroll to Hidden or Recently Deleted, and see if your photos are there.
  2. Use Third-Party Recovery Software: Tools like iMyFone D-Back, Dr.Fone, or Tenorshare UltData can scan your iPhone and recover photos from the “System Data” storage.
  3. Contact Apple Support: Apple might help retrieve inaccessible data if it's stuck in the system.

Synchronizing with iTunes usually doesn’t delete data unless you manually overwrite it, so your photos might still be recoverable. Avoid adding new data to the phone to prevent overwriting!
