You have these Apple USB-C EarPods: EarPods (USB-C) - Apple
You connected them to your Apple iPhone15 Pro, which has a USB-C port and they damaged the phone's port so that no other USB-C charging cable will fit into this port properly?
If so, then take the iPhone and these USB-C EarPods to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have the examine your phone's port and EarPods USB-C connector.
