How do I create a mirror image of a sticker on my phone?

I think I've tried everything and looked everywhere but can't figure out how to do it? I've got a santa sticker and he's looking to the left. All I want to do is mirror the image so he's looking to the right, how hard can it be? I can re-size it and tilt it but can't mirror it. HELP.
