Apple Notes keyboard lagging. Sometimes a lag of full words or even phrases. Smart Folder impact?

Macbook Pro M1. Sequoia 15.1.1.

I have added several Smart Folders, and I wonder if this doesn't contribute to the problem.

I have over 3.400 notes in my system.

I have been increasing my use of Notes as a tool, given all the rave reviews, and new features added, but this keyboard lag is a fairly serious slowdown in my productivity.

Notes app flashes but doesn't open on my Mac My notes won't load: When I click on the Notes app, it briefly flashes but fails to open. Notes on macOS not showing content In MacOS Sequoia ‏15.0.1 ‏(24A348‏) suddenly the Notes app is showing folder list and notes list, but not showing the notes themselves. Double clicking a note will open it in a seperate window. Also, the app acts fuunny when resizing the window. Any idea how to fix it? Added a screenshot (it's in Hebrew)
