Opening a stuck Airtag

Oening with rubber mats (like jar openers) didn’t work, and the trick with scotch tape only mangled the tape. I keep blue painters tape around and that worked best. Just tear off an 2 inch piece and place it vertically aligned with the Apple logo, with a hanging 1/2 inch to grasp. Then tear off another piece and stick it to the back side. Grab each piece by the hanging end and turn counter clockwise. Instantly opens the disc.
