I was told for apple support to change my Apple ID and password. Because a suspicious transaction was made using my Apple Card.So they need to change the virtual card number. They did it but I was changing the password of the new Apple ID they restricted my account and disappeared from my wallet. It sending me to apply again. But I can’t do it because I already have an open account.

Apple Card is permanently tied to the Apple Account (formerly Apple ID). Change the password on your old Apple Account and just change the primary email address of the old account.
