Seeing time, signal strength and battery on home screen is vey important. How do I get them back after they disappeared with recent upgrade?
this should be a user choice. Not the choice of some committee at Apple. If you want a ‘cleaner’ style, please make this optional so I don’t have to change screens to check these. You can put in a switch so I can still continue as it’s been but others can have your preference.

Further apologies. When I noticed I couldn’t see the status bar I searched online a bit and found an article saying status bar was stylistically deleted on home page, I either misread that or it was false.
my Home Screen was whitish around the top and obscuring the status bar. My bad. Sorry for the waste of time.
First of all, you aren't speaking with Apple. This is a user to user only forum. The items you seem to be missing weren't removed by Apple or any committee from Apple. The items you seem to be missing aren't removable by any way I am aware. Can you please take a screenshot and post it, so we can see what you're seeing?
But Apple didn't write anything into the most recent iOS update to remove the status bar on iPhone. I'm not aware there is ANY way to remove it. What about the screenshot I asked you to post, so we can see what you see?
