Annoying Keyboard lag only in Apple Notes

When typing into Apple Notes, I get a disruptive keyboard lag that messes up my speed. I only get it in Notes but not Safari, Pages, Word, Evernote, etc.

Notes, Documents, etc are set to sync with iCloud. I have an iCloud+ account. I have about 2,000 Apple Notes. My internet connection is Tmobile 5G with speed right now of 131 mbps down and 35 mbps up. I get the keyboard lag even with Wifi toggled off.

Just upgrades to Sequoia but no difference.

I'm trying to implement the MyForeverNotes framework in Apple Notes and it's driving me crazy,
