Have you tried to restart the Mac to see if the issues persist?

if so have you tried to boot the Mac in the safe mode to see if the issues persist?

Start up your Mac with Apple silicon in safe mode

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.
  2. Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.
  3. Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.
  4. Select a volume.
  5. Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.
  6. The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.

If the issues does not persist in the safe mode it is most likely caused by an external piece of software, please evaluate the software installed to your Mac

If not, you might want to have it looked after under warranty

Does it occur in other apps besides the browser shown in the pictures?

Take a screenshot and view the screenshot on another device or display. You can also view the screenshot on this laptop if you move the picture to the right to view it.

Or you can connect an external display & enable mirror mode so both the built-in Display & external display show the same exact thing.

If the issue does not appear in the screenshot or on the external display, then the issue is with the built-in Display Assembly.

It doesn't really look like an issue with the built-in display since the width of the vertical band is different in the two pictures, but the above test should confirm it one way or another.
