Why can't I unlock my iPhone 11 after changing SIM?

So I got a new SIM card for my IPhone 11, and first off the sim isn’t working and once I put in the sim minutes later the password I’ve been using for weeks didn’t work, also my Face ID wouldn’t work, like it wasn’t giving me an option to use face ID. So I can’t use my phone and don’t know how to reset it
