Final Cut Pro 11 issues, all my saved settings are gone (LUTs, custom colour effect presets, saved workspaces, etc)

As the title suggests, after updating to Final Cut Pro 11.0, I started a new project only to find that many of my saved effect presets, LUTs, etc, are gone and nowhere to be found. I can easily get my workspaces and custom LUTs back since I bought the LUTs online and I have the original files, and the workspace is just tedious work. But the effect presets are colour settings I made inside Final Cut Pro and I didn't back them up anywhere else (because I didn't think Apple would delete them after simply an update).

I checked the Effects Preset folder (/Library/Containers/com.apple.FinalCut/Data/Library/Application Support/ProApps/Effects Presets), and there's nothing in there.

Would appreciate any help or advice, thanks. And if anyone else is experiencing this too. I've never heard of any software hard resetting everything after an update.
