How to disable MLS Notifications on Apple TV

I have turned it off everywhere I can find, including in Apple TV settings to not be notified about games, but I am still getting annoying notifications from AppleTV in my iPhone about Soccer games. I don’t watch Soccer. My nephew stayed with me for a month and I got MLS for him for a month, but cancelled it several months ago but the notifications don’t stop. Please help, I don’t want to have to turn off all notifications from AppleTV, or unsubscribe, but I will if this can’t be stopped.
