iPhone 16 plus charging turning on and off when under 5%

My iphone 16 plus does not charge properly when It’s under 5%. It just charges and then stops charging, over and over and over again and it’s been like this since I got the phone. I need help or this will ruin my battery life already.

Get this Serviced:

Seems to be a faulty device. Rather than fiddle with this any more, take this in for a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. Bring a proof pf purchase with you. There, it would be diagnosed, and you'd be provided with your options. If the seller is not Apple, then return it to them.

"iPhone 16 plus charging turning on and off when under 5%: I didn’t get this phone directly from apple. I’m on a contract with ID MOBILE. You think I should still just go to apple and get it checked out.

Return to seller, then Purchase from Apple:

IMO, you should return this to the seller, informing them that you have (what appears to be) a defective item. Than, purchase one from Apple.

As for purchasing such expensive appliances-devices, I recommend you purchase them from Apple and none other, so that you don’t have to go through the hassle of going through two companies when it comes to getting it serviced for hardware and software errors.
