I purchased something from Best Buy using money already in my Apply Pay. I returned the item and it shows they refunded the amount but it’s not applied to my Apple Pay. Does anyone know why?
Apple Pay is not an account. Funds cannot be refunded to Apple Pay. Merchant initiated refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit or debit card).
Are you confusing Apple Pay with Apple Cash or did you use a different card?
