Fixing a Boot Loop:

Your iPhone can at time be stuck in a Boot Loop. This typically occurs when you go abuut installing an update, and it stalled while in the process. Go here to fix that: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip

Battery Health 0%:

Once out of a boot loop, see if the Battery Health is any different.

Since your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 0%, it has gone through its lifecycle, and therefore the battery should be replaced. Unless you get the battery replaced, you will not get that iPhone to work normally.

You can contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
