Amazon app not working on my iPhone after iOS 18.1.1 update

My Amazon works now with 18.3 update. Although I did contact amazon to ask what was going on and why I couldn’t reset my password.

Had to reload google and Amazon apps to get them working, and now the update for bug fixes that came out Monday has again killed Amazon completely this time😢😢wont load home screen at all yet it works perfectly on my (not updated) iPad🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

The Amazon works just fine on my iPhone with iOS 18.3. So do all of my Google apps.

The first troubleshooting step for third-party apps that aren't working is to delete and re-install them.

It is also not working on my iPhone. I closed all the other apps, deleted the Amazon app, and restarted my phone. Nothing works. I can’t sign back into my account. I get a long delay and then a picture of a very cute dog, which says there’s a problem and try again.

on my iPhone 14+, I can get onto the Amazon app, but more often than not, anything I try to search for takes me to the cute dog. I also usually have problems with searching my orders.

I forgot to say, I have tried all the usual stuff, deleting and reloading the Amazon app, turning the phone off and on. ☹️

I want my iOS to be 18.3

I’m on the beta version. You can sign up through Apple.

I don’t know what any of that means.

Apple keeps asking if it’s helpful. It would be helpful if you could answer a question/concern directly, and not make me jump through hoops to get an answer.

New iOS update has stopped Amazon AND GOOGLE from working 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
