Left Beats earbud making static noise

I have purchased red earbud beats within the last three months. The sound has been phenomenal. Sidelining the last two weeks (been on vacation) the left one will start a static, snapping, hissing noise. . I’ve looked to see if they needed cleaning or the case and no. I’ve never dropped them and they’ve never gotten wet. What do I do I don’t have receipt
