Camera freezing issue

Subject: iPhone 12 Pro Camera Issue After Update

Dear Apple Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my iPhone 12 Pro’s camera that started after updating to iOS 18. My current situation is as follows:

1. When I use the default Camera app, switching to 2x mode causes the app to freeze completely.

2. The Camera app does not capture photos in 1x mode.

3. Third-party camera apps like Halide or Instagram work perfectly, so the issue appears to be specific to the default Camera app.

4. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Restarting the device.

Updating to the latest iOS version (18.2).

Resetting all settings.

Reinstalling the firmware using tools like 3uTools. However, none of these methods resolved the issue.

Given that third-party apps work fine, I suspect this is a software-related problem within the default Camera app. I would appreciate it if your team could provide further assistance or a permanent solution.
