Missing AC button in Calculator app on my iPhone 13

Why has the AC button disappeared? You either have to use x and clear one entered digit at a time or the three bar menu on the top left which is also cumbersome.

+ Button on iPad 10th generation control center not working So, I’ve just updated to the latest iOS version, and the + button on my control center is not working.
