The world clock widget on iPhone is not showing the cities I’ve selected in the world clock… just showing default cities Cupertino, Tokyo etc.

Found some posts relating to this issue and have just found the solution by chance so posting here to help others

Basically, when you change the countries in world clock they don’t update on the widget. You actually have to change these separately but it’s not obvious how you do this.

To fix this, go to the widget and then:

  1. long press on world clock widget to open options
  2. Select ‘Edit “clock”’
  3. Swipe right on the city you want to change. This will bring up a list of cities.
  4. Select the city you want
  5. Click off the widget and the clocks will have updated.

Hope that helps :)
