Getting SIRI to access a shared library on my iPhone

I want to use SIRI to play music on my iPhone from a home shared library (on my Mac).

Even if I first select that library on my iPhone (in the My Music app), SIRI only sees music on the iPhone's own local library.

It's not feasible to sync the iPhone and Mac's music libraries as the music library on the Mac is huge and would never fit on my iPhone.

Any idea what I could do to make this possible?

iOS 18 Carplay Siri plays library instead of local music playlist When I ask siri to play a playlist in CarPlay mode, She repeats the playlist name I've requested, but then begins playing the first track in my library and fills the "up next" cue with my entire library alphabetically. This doesn't happen when I engage with siri on my phone only. It's only an issue in CarPlay. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Siri not playing downloaded music offline Siri not playing downloaded music - i have and apple subscription and have a lot of music downloaded so when i do not have a connection i can listen to music. If i have no connection and ask Siri to play music from downloaded it replies that it is having trouble because of no connection. I take the phone out and have to do it manually every time. Also, if music is playing from my download, it will sometimes stop mid-play because i have no connection; it’s from my download. Annoying.
