Last night someone login my iCloud account in web browser and I got a mail. Then I change my password. But I need to know my account past login history before I change password.

There is no history listing that we can see. I don't know if Apple has one or would even tell you. See the link below about seeing where you are currently signed in. Also keep in mind that scammers are coming up with new ideas all the time and to always question any emails you receive that may involve security.
