Persistent Apple Account notifications on my iPad Air

Keep receiving the following notification on my IPad Air 4: “This device is already associated with an Apple Account. If you turn on Automatic Downloads with your Apple Account, you cannot auto-download or download past purchases with a different Apple Account for 90 days. CANCEL TRANSFER”. It appears on my IPad randomly. I have chosen CANCEL each time; however, it keeps coming back. I have one Apple Account, and no one else has access to it. Is there a way to stop the notification and correct whatever I may have done to cause it? Thank you in advance for your help.
