What are your symptoms? It is very unlikely that your phone was actually hacked. Modern smart-phones are very secure and difficult to hack.

Instead, what usually happens is that someone tricks you into providing your login information via a phishing scheme and gains access to your data. This can give the false illusion of your phone actually being hacked.

If you think that this might be the case, change any relevant passwords immediately.
