MacBook Air M2 Laptop will not start up after files transferred!

I transferred my files from windows 11 to my MacBook Air using transfer assistant it completed restarted and keeps going through the restart mode over and over again what should I do?

Migration has caused MacBook to be stuck in start up loop using migration assistant I transferred data from my old MacBook Pro to my primary MacBook Pro. Old pro is late 2013 running big sur and new one is 2019. it seems the migration was successful but now my newer primary MacBook Pro is stuck in a startup loop. New Mac Airbook won’t boot up after Migration Assistant used from old Mac air book I have an eleven year old Mac Airbook. Bought a refurbished one to replace it. Ran Migration Assistant and it hung. Restarted Migration Assistant and it said it was successful. New Mac Airbook tried to boot up and says there is an error and loops there. How do I fix this?
