macOS sequoia 15.2 update Mac Pro 2019 failed

Have reported to Apple - they seem unaware and are going to investigate.

Same! I’ve lost my TimeMachine backup drive. And I am also not able to update to 15.2.

Migration assistant told me it couldn’t use a Carbon Copy Sequoia backup, so I wonder what I did wrong?

My backlit wired keyboard is connected to my TB KVM. I have to use a second BT keyboard to type my password. Not worth it so back to Sonoma.

That is my problem. My monitors are both thunderbolt. I was doing exactly what you suggest and got tired of it when I broke a $127 cable

I have 2 monitors; one TB and one DisplayPort. Lucky for me the DP monitor still works. And yeah, active TB monitor cables aren't cheap!

15.3 won't fix it unless they update the current codebase I pulled from you know where.

I too am a developer and I did just that. I put in a feedback explained all the issues and after 2+ weeks I checked and they have it listed as "No one else has reported this". That is just annoying.

I too just updated to 15.3...it went on a reboot loop 3x then crashed...I was worried then miraculously it rebooted and all seems to be working...fingers crossed.

It booted on its own. I was about to throw a tantrum when it crashed...haha. I recently spent a day+ re-installing 15.2 and all my apps and did not want to do that again..just glad it's working!
