Cardio recovery data not showing up in Health app

Cardio recovery data is not showing up in Health app even after a 10km walk.Have left the watch on pause as well as running for 1 minute, 3 minutes & 5 minutes after completion of the walk yet no data.

Data shows up randomly on 1 or 2 days, like it showed up last on November 26th and before that on November 18th, after that have walked every day and no data is available.....Someone please help.

Did you already update your watch and iPhone to the latest software versions?

After that force restart both devices.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

Just to make sure, you are using the default Apple Workout app for"Walk Outdoor" and "Run Outdoor"?
