THE SCREEN PROTECTOR THAT WAS ON MY IPHONE 13 PRO MAX HAD BLACK LINING AROUND IT like the normal iphone bezels AND A BLACK MESH OR SMALL NOTCH COVER THAT PROTECTED THE SPEAKER ON THE DISPLAY

Who knows what you bought. It wasn't new, it was used. Apple doesn't preinstall screen protectors on new iPhones. So whoever owned the phone before you bought it put one on it. If the phone was refurbished, they did a really bad job. A battery health of 86% is not good either. Your money, but I would return the phone for a full refund.
If you want to buy a refurbished iPhone, buy one directly from Apple, where it will come with a new screen and new battery and a full one year warranty --> Certified Refurbished Products - Apple

I doubt such a photo exists. You can certainly try google, but what are hoping to learn by seeing a photo of a screen on an iPhone you can't see in person?
i just wanna make sure that everything with my screen is good and that i didn't accidentally take off something that i wasn't supposed to 😅, so i'm basically just comparing two iPhone 13 pro max screens just to make sure everything matches up
