Health app - data export

If you've been collecting health data with your Apple devices for many years your data export will be so large it is basically unusable. Is there a way to convert that huge .xml file into something readable? I'd like to be able to get a .pdf of just one type of data, like headache data, that I can print and bring to my doctor.

I think in the past there was an easy way to email this data, but the only option I see now is an "export all health data" function which generates as XML file that needs to be converted in order to import to Excel. Something that was easy is now a multi-step process involving file conversion. It seems that instead of making things easier they are getting more complicated with this app.

apple health data export does not work hi, the apple health export to xml does not work. the exported files can’t be opened, there is a “dtd” error. my ios is 16.4.1. any solution? the difficult solutions i found suggesting some coding are to complicated for me. i’m surprised to be honest exporting simple data doesn’t work.

Exporting activities data from Health to other apps I exported health data from the iphone Health app as follows: In the Health app on the iphone, I tapped my profile picture at the top right. Tap Export all health data after a few minutes the export dialogue box opened This created an 68MB export.zip file which downloaded to my drive Unzipping the export file created an apple_health_export folder The files are gpx which can be uploaded to Garmin connect or strava. the problem is that you have to download all of the data in Health over and over. Any suggestion?
