How do I know if all the apps on my iPhone are compatible with iOS 18?

on my iphone with ios 17 I use an old app which is essential to me but it’s not available anymore on the app store.

I need to check compatibility of this app with ios 18 before upgrading.

That won't be easy. Since it isn't available anymore, your only hope is that there's some kind of contact info in the app itself so you can ask the developer. If they even have a way of contacting them anymore (any links in the app may go nowhere).
