Can I use a C to HDMI cable on a macbook pro m3 pro chip?

I have a macbook pro m3 pro chip, I don't want to use the HDMI port on the body but I want to use the thunderbolt 4 port, is it possible to use a thunderbolt 4 to HDMI cable? I see the published specifications do not have thunderbolt 4 to HDMI. Thanks

Yes, either a USB-C to HDMI cable or a USB-C to HDMI adapter and an HDMI cable. Buy from a reliable cable vendor such as Anker or Belkin. "Off brand" cables and adapters may not be of sufficient quality to provide good results.

For adapter/cables, remember that the USB-C portion of the cable (typically from computer to adapter electronics) should be ONE METER or less for reliable operation at the highest speeds.

Most USB-C HDMI adapter/cables will adapt the computers USB-C to the display's HDMI. They are likely to be directional -- they work one orientation, but NOT the reverse.

Shop carefully.
