What is "samlsso" and why is it downloading on my MacBook Air?

I use MacBook Air and recently I have encountered that there is an active download going on for the second time today. It says "samlsso" and I stop it every time because I simply do not know what it is and I am not the one downloading it. Could anyone help me out? Is it something like a virus? What am I supposed to do? Thank you in advance.

SAML is a single sign-on system used by a number of organizations to coordinate user credentials among multiple servers and systems within the organization. Do you belong to an company or school that is managing your system, either directly or through something like Microsoft 365 or Exchange. If so, talk to your IT support department.

If this a completely stand-alone, person system, post back with details, such as when and how this "download" is appearing, and someone may be able to offer further advice.
