Multiple issues on connecting my iPhone with Volkswagen Taos

Hi, I am having incompatability issues with my VW Taos 2022 and my iPhone 15 Pro

induction charger of my does not recognize my phone.
Apple Maps, Waze and Google maps tend to disappear from the car´s radio display and shortly re-appear.

I checked with VW and they blame apple, stating that Samsung phone don´t have these issues...

You got a biased answer from VW about Samsung .vs. Apple. Check with your VW service manager to see if there was a recent AirPlay firmware update from VW. Your Taos came with a user manual. Read the section on using Apple CarPlay and how to connect (wired/wirelessly) your iPhone to the Taos entertainment center.

Update your iPhone 15 Pro to iOS 18.2 and evaluate the above for success.
