Can I authorize my brother to pick up my order from the Apple Store?
I'm traveling and unable to pick up my Order Number: W14*****50. My new iPad has been delivered to a local Apple store.

Hi. I think you might have to provide him with some sort of documentation; but have you tried calling them?
From the Mapleview Centre store site:
”IMPORTANT: The name of the order pickup contact must be the same as the name of the buyer, otherwise you will not be able to pick up your order.
If you would like someone else to pick up your items, select Someone else will pick up these items. To pick up your items in an Apple Store, you will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID. If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID.
